Terms of Use - Beyond Detail Scarborough
Last updated October 2026.
These terms cover your use of beyonddetail.ca and any quote or booking request you send through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Quotes and pricing
Prices and ranges shown on this website are estimates. A quote we send for your vehicle is also an estimate until we have seen the car. The final price can change if the vehicle's size, condition or the work needed differs from what you described or showed us in photos. Nothing is booked until we confirm it with you.
2. Services
The work we do on your vehicle is set out in the quote, invoice or paperwork we give you for that job. Where that paperwork and this website differ, the paperwork applies. Descriptions of services on this site are general and may not fit every vehicle.
3. Contacting you
When you send a quote or booking request you agree that we may call, text or email you about that request. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Information on this site
Articles, guides and area pages, including any information about window tint rules, are general information only. Rules change, so check the current requirements before relying on them. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
5. Photos and content you send
Photos and messages you send are used to quote and service your vehicle. Please send only material you have the right to share.
6. Our content
The text, photos, logos and other material on this site belong to Beyond Detail or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking first.
7. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent Ontario law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from using the website itself. Responsibility for work done on your vehicle is set out in the paperwork for that job.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
