How fleet detailing works at Beyond Detail
Route schedule confirmed weekly
You send your dispatch calendar Friday. We confirm pickup windows for the following week so vehicles are off-route at predictable times.
Pickup from your lot
Our driver arrives during the agreed window, takes plate + VIN photos for the service log, and brings the vehicles to our 170 Finchdene Square studio.
Full studio detail
Two-bucket wash, iron + tar decon, interior steam, hot-water carpet extract, sealant or ceramic top-up. Same equipment as our retail premium detail.
Same-day or next-morning return
Express details return same day; full details with overnight cure return next morning. Your dispatch knows the exact vehicle status all day.
Photo-documented service log
Each vehicle ships back with a service record: unit number, plate, last 6 of VIN, technician name, before/after photos, date, and any flags worth noting.
Monthly invoice + Net-30
Single corporate invoice on the 1st. Net-30 standard. PO + cost-center matching available. No per-vehicle nickel-and-diming.

Do you pick up our fleet vehicles?

Yes — for fleet accounts we offer scheduled pick-up from your facility, full detailing or wash at our Scarborough studio, and same-day drop-off back to your lot. Vehicles are detailed in a controlled studio environment with proper equipment, then returned ready for service. We arrange routes around your dispatch schedule so vehicles spend minimum time off-route.
Can you service large vans and trucks?

Yes. Our studio has high bay doors that accommodate Sprinter vans, work trucks, full-size SUVs, and commercial vehicles. We pick up and return on a scheduled basis so your fleet stays on the road.
