Stubborn hair on cloth seats gets a final pass with sticky lint rollers. For trunk liners and cargo areas, we pull out the carpet liner where possible and shake-and-vacuum it separately. Most pet-heavy vehicles take an extra 30–60 minutes of dedicated hair removal beyond the standard interior detail.

Hot-water extracted carpets are damp at pick-up but dry to the touch within 6–8 hours in our climate-controlled bay. Most Finchdene Square clients drop off at 8 AM and pick up at 5 PM, by which time carpets are dry enough for normal driving. For full overnight drying, leave the vehicle until next morning — we don't charge extra for overnight storage.

We pre-treat each stain individually, agitate with a soft brush, then extract with the truck-mounted unit. At the studio we have proper overhead lighting to reveal swirl marks, stable power for orbital polishers, dedicated cure space free of dust and pollen, and chemical-safe drainage. For high-end work, the studio produces a measurably better result.

Yes. The unit has on-site parking at the front of the bay. For multi-day ceramic coating and paint correction jobs, we can store your vehicle inside the bay overnight during the cure period.

Exit the 401 at Markham Road (Exit 385) northbound. Continue north past Ellesmere, Sheppard, and Finch Avenue — Finch is the turn. Head east on Finch Avenue, south on McCowan Road, and turn west into Finchdene Square. Our unit is on the north side of the square. The drive takes about 5 minutes from the 401.
